CONFERENCE REGISTRATION


Registration
 

  • All conference delegates must pre-register online using the button below.
    Exception for non-authors: we will as well provide on-site registration during the conference. Late registration fees apply (see below).
  • After registration, you will be forwarded to our secure online payment.
    Depending on your country of residence, we accept

  • Advance Registration payment must be received no later than August 31 2011. After August 31 you must pay the late registration fee.
  • In order to appear in the program and the proceedings, each paper requires at least one paid full (= non-student) registration, together with the camera-ready paper submission from one of the authors by July 20, 2011; student registration is not counted towards this requirement. In case of an author with multiple papers, registration of the author is sufficient for the multiple papers.
  • IEEE Members: In order to qualify for the membership rate, you must list your IEEE membership number on the registration form.
  • Single registration fee includes all social events (luncheon*, etc.), technical sessions, tutorials and one conference proceedings on USB stick. Non-attendance at one or other of these events cannot be reimbursed.
  • Paper submission cancellation must be received, in writing, by August 1, 2011.  Cancellation requests received after August 1 cannot be permitted.
  • Conference cancellation requests must be received, in writing, by September 9, 2010. A processing fee of NT$725 (~US$25.00) will be deducted. Refund requests received after September 9 cannot be guaranteed.

Co-authors (if there is already a paid full registration for their paper) and non-authors may still register at any time after this date.

Taiwan Visa Application
 

  • Non-Taiwan citizens may need a visa to enter Taiwan.
    It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you are eligible to enter Taiwan for the conference. If needed, an invitation letter for a Taiwan visa application will be provided for conference delegates after conference registration and payment. Delegates are required to indicate on their registration form that they will need an invitation letter for Taiwan visa application.
  • Plan ahead - apply for your visa early.
    Depending on your country and citizenship, visa processing may take several weeks. If you need a visa, register for the conference as early as possible and pay your conference fees with your registration so we can send you the invitation letter. We will not accept any visa delays or denied visa as an excuse for no-shows!
